[2023] VA awarded SparkC a 3-year contract to develop E-Learning Animated-Character Training Modules for the newly developed Acquisition Framework Lifecycle. Utilizing Microsoft Articulate, Our team conducts the full ADDIE methodology as stated in the contract consisting of developing scripts/storyboards, developing animated-character narration, developing virtual environment simulations, quizzes and evaluation criteria for deployment to over 15,000 acquisition professionals across the VA network. SparkC is also responsible for hosting and deployment strategies and executing the integration of exported WBT and/or SCORM 1.2 source files. Manage and monitor hosting capacity and provide troubleshooting and maintenance support for all interactive training modules.

Prince George’s County Office of Homeland Security

[2023] Received Prime contract with Prince George’s County Office of Homeland Security, Emergency Management team to build county-wide employee emergency preparedness eLearning training course. Our team completed the full lifecycle of the ADDIE methodology in the delivery of a 6-module eLearning training module embedded with animated-character navigation, interactive simulation scenarios, knowledge checks, and certificate creation upon completion. Following completion of the eLearning course deliverable, our team exported the file in SCORM 1.2 to ensure effective integration and functionality.

Healthcare

BlueCross BlueShield (IL)

[2023] SparkC was awarded a subcontract in partnership with HCD International to provide eLearning interactive training and quizzes for BlueCross BlueShield, focusing on the Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) REL & SOGI Data collection for care coordinators. Collaborating closely with the BlueCross BlueShield team, our experts led the full lifecycle of the ADDIE methodology, creating interactive simulated scenarios for real-world member interactions with the health plan. The course featured quizzes and certificate creation functions. Upon completion, we delivered the final source files in SCORM 1.2 format for seamless integration into the BCBS Learning Management System (LMS).
